The typical customer may come to Nutrition 365 because they are on a “diet” only to realize that there is so much more to offer at this unique location. The trends in the nutrition industry fluctuate between living an active lifestyle vs. dieting. We all know that diets don’t always work. The staff at Nutrition 365 “take the ‘un-dieting’ approach, microbiome and gut health, protein for aging, plant proteins and convenient personalized nutrition. Nutrition 365 and the Team of Nutrition 365 Health Coaches focus on all of these trends and more.”
A customer can come in and simply get their favorite protein shake from a large selection of protein and add-ins or they can follow steps set up by the staff to help with their nutritional needs. The trends and challenges, people need and are seeking energy, good gut health and easy nutrition. At Nutrition 365 they have a 3 step system to create a Healthy Meal that meets all three of those areas. Step 1: choose an energy boosting green tea. Step 2: choose a digestive aloe and Step 3. choose one of 80 dense nutrition meal replacement shakes with options of plant based or whey based proteins.
The Nutrition 365 model is a club that does not require a membership. The club model is focused on creating relationships with the customers and adding value to their day through great nutrition, positive vibes and regular opportunities to improve their health, mindset and physical activity.
There are several services offered at Nutrition 365 aside from meal replacements. Free Wellness profiles, a 1:1 opportunity for both local and long-distance people to engage with a Health Coach, discuss goals or nutritional concerns and get tailored feedback and suggestions. Working with any of the Health Coaches is a free service offered. Any customer wanting to become a client and incorporate a tailored nutrition program would take that next step which also includes free Coaching. Other services offered: nutrition/health talks, opportunity to build an income as a business partner/bar tender, fitness events such as Cardio Drumming and Cardio Drumming Bootcamp.
The main goal of Nutrition 365 is to help fight against obesity and chronic disease such as diabetes. The desire to assist others is what drives the business day to day. They do this as a daily focus through the nutrition options offered at the Nutrition Bar but also, through education opportunities and tailored nutrition programs. They provide education on a daily consistent basis through 1:1 Coaching in addition to FREE Nutrition/Health Talks 1X a month for anyone interested in joining. The coaching staff at Nutrition 365 has been assembled through their own personal journeys. Downtown Adrian has welcomed Nutrition 365 with open arms. They were engaged with the community well before they opened their doors to the public. For years, they have always collected and donated to the Share the Warmth project and the local Fishes and Loaves food collection efforts that they will continue.
